In projects (Teams) that were created via the digital project and construction file, the Microsoft 365 group of a Team is displayed in Outlook as a group.
By default, emails can only be sent to the group from internal senders.
However, it can be useful to allow external emails as well.
The groups are displayed under the mailbox in the “Groups” section:
Desktop Client
When you select a group, the “Edit group” option appears in the menu.
Here, the email address is displayed and additional settings can be configured, such as “Allow people outside the organization to send emails to the group.”
Outlook Web
The groups are displayed under the mailbox in the “Groups” section:
Using the three-dot menu in the group information panel, the settings can be edited.
