Managing Approvals in the Teamsware Construction File

With the approval function in the Teamsware Construction File (Bauakte), you can directly review, release, or adjust the status of requests as needed to manage your project workflows efficiently.

Step 1 – Opening a Request in the Construction File

Navigate within your Construction File via the path Home → All Requests to the desired request and click on it to view the details.

Step 2 – Adjusting the Approval Status

Click on the "Approve/Reject" button in the top function bar. A selection area will open on the right side with the following options:

  • Approved: The request is officially released.
  • Rejected: The request is turned down.
  • Pending: The status remains in the queue.

Select the desired status and then click Save.

💡 Tip: Changes to the approval status are applied immediately in the Teamsware Construction File and are automatically updated in the request list.
