Background Features (Scheduled & Triggered Actions)

• Due to the retirement of Azure Access Control, we have removed the use of the 'Notification Service' app in solutions and direct deployments. It is no longer needed for Scheduled Actions, Triggered Actions, and Calculated Expressions. Instead, we are now using the 'Solution Studio' app, which only needs to be trusted once per tenant.
• Fixed cloning notebooks in Clone note and Clone team actions.
  Note: You need to re-trust Teams and OneNote connectors if you are using these actions because new permissions are required for cloning notebooks due to recent Microsoft changes.
