Workspace Creation from Requests: Metadata and configured fields (e.g., title and template package) are now automatically transferred from requests to newly created workspaces.

Improved the archiving logic for preliminary versions: Files with newer revision indexes are now correctly moved to the Shared Library, while older versions are automatically archived.
